Care for Dogs
'Care for Dogs' is a newly established dog rescue group in Chiang Mai. Their aim is to improve the life of street and temple dogs by organising sterilisations, vaccinations, and medical care. Their shelter offers a home for approx. 40 homeless dogs and puppies where they are taken care of until they find a new loving home. Anyone who is interested in adopting, volunteering, or supporting the group with donations or dog food can contact 081 907 32 60, e-mail to email@example.com or visit www.carefordogs.org
Puppies of the month
Look at us cute puppies! I'm Sandy (left), very affectionate and love to be cuddled all the time. My sister Chrissy (right) is a bit of a 'tomboy' and loves to play and run around. Our mother is quite small, so we won't be too big once we have grown up. We are here with lots of others, and we're all healthy and have our shots . . . but what we really want is our own family. Will you come get us? At least come visit and play - it's free, and we'd love that, too. Just contact Care for Dogs, firstname.lastname@example.org for an appointment or call 081 907 32 60 or visit their website www.carefordogs.org

Form a Jewish Community?
We are a Jewish family who moved to Chiang Mai on a permanent basis about six months ago. We would like to form a group to meet to share shabbat, holidays and other times. We know there is Chabad in Chiang Mai, and that they do an excellent job for the Israelis and young travellers who are generally here temporarily. We are English speakers and envision a very inclusive, egalitarian group. We welcome people from the entire Jewish spectrum, including mixed couples and families. We live centrally in the Nimmanhaemin area, with plenty of parking and lots of room. For more information, please contact Larry Abramson at firstname.lastname@example.org or 084-8105530.
